We deliver across the UK. Many orders come with tracking: when yours does, we email you the tracking link as soon as it has left our supplier's warehouse. Some smaller items are sent by standard post without tracking.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 working days. Many of our products are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses, some of them overseas, which is how we keep prices down. Each product page shows its own estimate.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we will put it right: a replacement or a full refund.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT. There is nothing more to pay on delivery: any import VAT is included in the price you see.
