These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm the order has been paid for. If we cannot supply an item (for example, because it is out of stock), we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, shown on each product and on our delivery page. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave.

Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
