Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Deliverup Limited collects when you shop with us and how it is used.

What we collect and why

• Your order details: name, delivery address, email address, phone number (if given) and what you ordered. We need these to take payment, deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
• Marketing: only if you tick the box at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments).
• Our suppliers and their couriers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number to send your order. Some suppliers are based outside the UK (for example in China); we only share what is needed to deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send you order emails.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years because the law requires us to keep financial records. Marketing details are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your basket. Stripe uses cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@deliverup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
